Today was my first visit to this location. I was actually returning items I bought by mistake. My favorite pants are once again being "improved." Ugh. This makes me lose my mind. 😥 The staff and the customers were so extremely helpful and patient with me and my gift card not working.
I shopped at the Lane Bryant store 4796 in Pelham, NY on Black Friday. I haven't shopped there in almost a year. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful all the employees were. There were two of them that wowed me.
My experience today at Lane Bryant extremely wonderful. When I walked in I looked around for a moment, then a woman by the name of Ms. Lisa asked me if I needed any help. I told her yes I needed to be remeasures for new bras. Ms.
My experience here was just amazing. Carolina was very patient, she exceeded my expectations. I love how she took her time to show me what fits best for me. Anyone who needs help please go to her.
