The employees were extremely helpful and understanding! They literally have the only size bras that will fit me, because the other stores I've went to only go up to a certain cup size, which, doesn't help when I have a larger size bosom.
Went to this store today to return some items I ordered online, staff was very friendly, and the store was very tidy. Disappointed that I didn't find anything else I really wanted but the lady in the store gave me some Lane Cash to use in the future which I thought was a very nice gesture.
Came to NY from MI. Gloria greeted me and was friendly. Helped me find what I was looking for, fitted me for a bra, and just went out of her way with a smile. If I were doling out promotions and bonuses, she would be the first person I would consider. She was knowledgeable about everything in the store and kind .
I always get great service. And today I finally was measured correctly and got the right size bra! Always great sales on Bras
