Lane Bryant

I had the best shopping experience with Kaitlyn and Elisa. I had a small hiccup with Lane Bryant credit and rewards system (over the phone) and I went into the store with anticipation of having similar disappointments. However they were more than helpful and exceeded my expectations.

I must say I had the best shopping experience EVER in the Mission Valley Lane Bryant store today😃 Jada measured me first and then helped me select clothes that were my correct size. Jada was a pro at selecting styles that looked great on me and I really appreciated that and her honest opinion!

I've been to this location a few times. All times, the associates were very helpful, but some are better skilled at fitting women properly than others. Today was probably the best experience I've had there. So it really depends on the associate.

Let's face it, shopping for every day lingerie is fussy. You want comfort, but you don't want to look as if you have given up! The staff was helpful and the panties and bra I purchased fit great.
