My wife and I went to the Lane Bryant in the St. Charles Shopping Center. We experienced a small shopping spree in the clearance sale. Charlene, the manager, greeted us and made us feel comfortable. She measured my wife and myself for accurate sizes for the bras we were looking for.
The staff are hit and miss. Some times when my wife and I come in they're very helpful, friendly, and all around awesome. Other times (thankfully not a lot) they're too busy talking to each other or their friends to be bothered. The fitting rooms are open and everything is sanitized regularly. They always have sales.

Beyond amazing customer service. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, she even took the time to bring me a bag I left behind. The store is always clean and well stocked and if there is anything they don't have in the store it will be shipped to the store from their website.
