Lane Bryant

I went to Lane Bryant on Saturday. When I pulled up the whole street was blocked off for a outside vendor event. I have arthritis in my legs that makes it very difficult to walk. By the time I made it into the store I was physically beat. I had an exchange and return to do.

Dear Lane Bryant Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my visit to your store this past Saturday with my elderly mother. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Denise, who made my mother feel valued and appreciated.

I have been coming to this location for several years. The staff is always so friendly and polite. They answer all my questions, take measurements, and help me find the best fit. I have tried one other location but wasn't impressed. So, I will drive the long drive just fir these amazing ladies that work here!

I was beyond grateful with the staff at Lane Bryant over at Wesley Chapel. I can’t remember the name of the lady who assisted me (memory issues) sadly. She was so sweet, patient, kind, and super helpful. As well as knowledgeable.
