What’s crazy is I decided let me just go to this Lane Bryant. The person who checked me out was my exact neighbor diagonal. It was crazy. But I got everything measured got the correct size bra. I’m happy.
I went in tonight. I usually have a hard time finding clothes. Apparently I don’t know my size and get clothes too big or not the right style. Tonight I want to recognize a fantastic sales associate named Vonda. She worked with me for 80 min and found me fantastic outfits I would have not have even looked at normally.
Every time I come in this store, the staff is super welcoming and sweet but tonight I had absolute stellar staff assist me, Ms. Robin and Ms. Vonda. They were absolutely incredible. So personable and so sweet. This is how store staff SHOULD be.
I had a wonderful customer experience at Lane Bryant today thanks to Chelsea and Michelle. These ladies were very instrumental in finding me the perfect garment to wear underneath my bridesmaids dress. They both were patient, personable and knew exactly what I needed without me saying the word.
