Amazing staff. They make you feel comfortable to talk about what you want and what you like. One employee specifically who is extremely helpful I believe her name was kat. Helped me find the right lube, the kind of toy I was looking for, and even helped create and explain the rewards program. Overall amazing staff.

First time visit was very uncomfortable the sales lady was kind and supportive genuinely understanding will be back more selection than the the competition and nicer staff

If your looking for knowledgeable staff for those hard to ask questions this store is A1.
