Lover's Lane - West Dundee

This was my first time in a Lover’s Lane store today. I was really nervous going in because obviously the products here are of a sensitive nature. But Sally was very helpful (and side note, very cute) in guiding me towards the products that were right for me, and she was very good at helping me feel comfortable.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Kellie7232, she’s an absolute rockstar. I had just gone through a painful breakup and finally got the confidence to head to Lovers Lane to find something for myself. I literally walked in the door and started crying because I felt overwhelmed.

I went for the first time on Sunday and the customer service was phenomenal. Kelly helped me and she’s great. Even if you’re a beginner in toys or freaky time they are here to help and are not here to judge.

I’ve been to many of the Lovers Lane stores over the years and the service and knowledge of the staff, especially Dani, at the West Dundee store is stellar. Dani helped with all my questions and was patient with me. Assisted with any additional items I needed to make my purchase a pleasant one.
