Had a great experience with Kasey! She quickly picked up on my nervousness and worked with me to look at inspo pics, look at options, try on various styles and go dress by dress asking me what I liked and didn’t to better tailor her next selection.
This was my first bridal appointment, and I never expected to find *the* dress — I didn’t even bring anyone with me. But my stylist, Shaylin, completely changed that. She reached out beforehand to learn my style and had several dresses ready based on my Pinterest board.
Omg I absolutely loved this shop and the dress I got was just unbeatable. I had Sandi Carter as my dress stylist and omg she was amazing and helped me though every dress and asked questions to guide me in the right direction.
I will forever recommend Marry & Tux to alllll brides in New England! My experience with them was nothing short of great. I purchased my dress for my September 2024 wedding in August of 2023 and did what most of us brides seem to do.... Second guess my choice.

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6. Alterations are mentioned on site here, which makes the fitting logistics a whole lot easier.
