Amazing customer service. I flew from west coast for a family wedding. SW Airlines lost my luggage. I had an hour to find a store to purchase a last minute outfit for a bridal luncheon, as I waited for my luggage to find me.

Enjoyed our experience at the outlet today. Nice selection sizes and variety of items to choose from. We were greeted with a smile, asked if we needed help, assisted in fitting room and the best, the employee saved us a good deal by showing us how to apply for their card and rewards program. Thanks
Very impressed with how the staff is always so gracious, willing, and ready to help me when in the store. I truly do not enjoy shopping but they do make it a lot less painful.😆
