I had never shopped here before but I decided to recently for the Black Friday sale. I only wanted one fleece and had been looking on the website, so I called to see if I could have it set aside. While they didn't have my size, Kyla was super helpful during this process and reserved a different size for me right away.
Employees are super nice! When you walk in they always make you feel welcomed. Once you pick out an outfit they take it while you look at other things and get a dressing room ready for you. If you ask how this looks on you they saw it looks really good or they try to figure out what you would like!
On my 40th birthday, I had left all my nice clothes for a fancy dinner at my house 45 minutes away. A wonderful former worker (along with the current employees) assisted me in finding nice pieces and even let my partner change his clothes in one of the dressing rooms. Total lifesavers!
