Mary helped my mother and I this evening and she is absolutely AMAZING. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. She was patient, caring, attentive and damn good at her job. She helped us make excellent choices that we would have butchered if not for her help.
Had a meeting I wasn’t prepared & running late for. Went in right upon opening. Gabby the store Manager was amazing; she instantly and politely asked about what I was shopping for. As I am not so great in styling I leaned to her for an entire outfit. It was fantastic! Made the meeting, looked very professional!
Stopped in Maurices in Tyler today and had the best experience. Gabriela was so helpful, showed me right to exactly what I was looking for and I walked out with 2 professional yet casual outfits! I'd already been in TJ Maxx, Ross, and a few others in the shopping center with no luck of what I was looking for.
Y'all!!! First time visit to Tyler and wow! the staff is incredible at this location. Great selection, nice dressing rooms and plenty of deals. Store was neat and clean. Two sales associates Chloe H and Mary provided excellent customer service. Friendly, attentive and so patient.
