Mr. Needleman was absolutely amazing to work with. Always prompt and reachable by call or text. Checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Personally took time mid crazy prom season to help make sure everything fit comfortably and correctly.
Made the trip from New York with my daughter to look at prom dresses. We arrived 20 minutes early for our appointment, but we were welcomed right away and told we could start browsing through the dresses. No one worked specifically with us.
I worked with Mark to get a suit for my wedding that was yesterday. In my adult life I had purchased one off-the-shelf suit and that was well over 10 years ago, so I was incredibly naive to what I needed, what to look for, and choices in front of me.
Needed a suit day of prom. Men’s warehouse dismissed with a no. Called Needleman’s and they came through. They not only got us a suit but were kind, thoughtful and made the experience memorable. Great customer service.

Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
