Found what I needed quickly and easily. Great selection and friendly staff. Shoplifters please don’t waste their time. Everything I’m the store is tagged and the manager was a total baddie handling a girl in a group who pocketed some things. Appreciate their attention to keep prices down for the rest of us.

Chey is absolutely outstanding at her job, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She had a warm and inviting personality and a pretty smile. She saw I was hesitant to ask any questions and made me feel comfortable and open up about my desires.Best customer service, I've ever experienced!!

What can you say about this type of store? They have a much larger inventory than I expected, and a huge selection of items and erotic clothing. The young lady working the day I went in was super knowledgeable about the offerings they had. Perhaps a bit too familiar with some of the items.

Very pleased with the customer service! I went in with a list from my online cart. The girl who was working today told me that most of what I had on the list was only sold at the Hickory location but she was very helpful in helping me find comparable substitutes.
