I came in once on my own and tried on 3 dresses to get an idea of what I liked. The last one I tried on I feel in love with. I told one of the associates that I loved that dress and would have bought it that day if I had my mom with me.

Had a great experience at Ohio Bridal! Raven was fantastic. Very patient and helpful! Dresses are very well organized. It is nice to be able to shop each section based on the price range that fits within your budget. Definitely worth a trip if you are looking for an affordable dress.
Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind and patient! I tried on four rounds of dresses before finding the one and they didn't mind at all, unlike other stores I've been to, and had so many helpful tips and advice. And they had so many dresses I could've gone even more rounds of trying on than I did!

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
