If you need any type of formal wear, Omnibus is the place you should go. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and treated like part of the Omnibus family. Alexa assisted my daughter in finding 2 beautiful gowns for 2 weddings.
Everyone we interacrted with at Omnibus Fashions provided exceptional customer service. They were so friendly and courteous. I live in Brooklyn and purchased a dress for my daughter's prom and was amazed at the attention and assistance the staff provided to help her find a dress and also perform the alterations.
After countless trips to multiple stores, countless hours trying tons of dresses on, what felt like a forever experience finally ended on a positive note at Omnibus!!! my daughter found so many options and ultimately found her perfect prom dress with the help of an angel by the name of Nicole.
So my prom is in 2 weeks and I just realized that the dress I had couldn't be altered to fit me. I was horrified. So my mom and I went here to hopefully find a dress and get it altered in time.
