I had the best time picking out my dress at Prescott. They made so many accommodations for me that they absolutely did not have to, but their customer service was literally amazing. Such kind hearted people who go out of their way every single day.
As a wedding planner, I have had SO many brides go to Prescott for their dresses and accessories and I have heard nothing but the best! When it came time for me to look for my own bridal gown I knew that this boutique was high on my list of stops. I went in with my mom and sister and we were all taken care of.
Keirstin was my consultant, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her! I went in for two consultations and never once felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the entire process. From the start, she made the experience feel easy, supportive, and genuinely fun.
Reagan was absolutely phenomenal and made the dress-hunting experience relaxed, fun, and exciting! She was so personable and attentive to what I loved, liked, and didn’t like about each dress in the process to helping me find the right one.

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
