I wish I could give this a 10 star review. I visited Prom USA on 2/28 with an urgent need (another retailer let us down). A dress for senior prom on 3/29. Women are all beautifully made and wonderfully different, so this could be a challenge. I walked in the store and was told that they have rarely let anyone down.
I just left there a few hours ago and I had a wonderful experience. This is the first wedding boutique that I visited and I spent less than an hour there and found my dress. Maddison who helped me from start to finish was very sweet and patient. I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me.
Had no idea this place was here but so happy we found it! My daughter in-law was looking for a wedding dress and found the one she wanted in no time! They were very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. They also have a huge selection of every gown you could think of.
The variety of dresses here is better than anywhere. Yes, they are more expensive but the quality and thickness of dresses are just better than what you find in a mall. We came here for Senior Prom and paid $400 for my daughter's dress. Some are less than that and some are more. For senior prom it was worth it for us.
