First of all, I would like say the manager Kim at this location store 1856 Raytown. I'm was very impressed with her, she didn't see me but while shopping I saw, her management skills ranks very high in my opinion.
"I recently visited the store to buy some sunglasses, but I ended up spotting a cute dress on the upper rack. I needed help getting it down, and Shaquett was quick to assist me with no hesitation. She was incredibly kind, attentive to my needs, and had a beautiful smile throughout the interaction.
I'm thinking this was the manager that helped me today. I didn't get her name but today is 8-27-21 and she helped me finding a cozy lil spot to change from my white Levi's which had gotten dirty to some jeans she helped me pick with sizing.
Me and my daughter have been here several times. Every time we go in the staff is very friendly! Great customer service! Prices are very reasonable! I've only been to this location in Raytown. The sweet lady I talked to on Friday told me she works at the location in Grandview. I appreciate her telling me that.
