I love this Rainbow on Fairington rd. Everything is so organized. And the ladies are very helpful. This store did not use to be this nice- was it a change in management? If so, I can definitely tell the difference. Thanks y’all. Keep up the good work. I got my new fit. I’m about to go out tonight.
This location carries many of the styles you see on the website which is a plus. They have a shoes dept, jewelry, plus sizes and junior. The parking is ample because it's in a shopping plaza near Walmart.
I shop here regularly and appreciate being able to shop comfortably. That said, I did overhear comments today suggesting a lack of trust toward customers, which isn’t a good look for any business. If there are concerns, they should be handled privately and professionally.
Giving four stars because it is so CRAMPED in there. You can definitely get fly on a budget but make sure you don't carry a purse because it will get caught on the excess racks in there. The manager was very funny but he gives me no nonsense vibes, but still very nice.
