The staff is very helpful and nice. The store has a lot of great stuff for reasonable prices. Fun facts: 1. No fitting rooms in dc rainbow stores 2. Fitting rooms do not decrease the amounts of returns. 3. Employees will help you if you ask for it. 4. Bodysuits,jewelry,lingerie,panties,bras,etc are final sale!
The customer service here is amazing ! They are so kind from the moment you walk in to them moment you leave. The staff is very helpful. The presentation of the store was nice as well. I will be returning to this location 🤗
I love this store and especially this location.. the clothes are fashionable and affordable for women of curves. The staff as well as management are top notch and helps me every time I step foot in the door. They greet me and ask questions about what I’m looking for or ideas I have in mind.
Staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. Had a hard time finding my wife’s size but the young lady Paulina, was very patient and assisted me for an entire outfit including shoes. My wife was very happy with her outfit.
