The lady who helped me found all 5 dresses in my size in a fitting room within a few minutes. She was also very sweet and complimented me a lot ❤️ I think I may have been somewhat lucky because I’m a size 0 but I’ve heard customers who are larger in size having bad experiences.
Staff were helpful when I needed an outfit for an event in an hour. They do seem understaffed, there’s no dedicated runner for the stockroom and the clothes weren’t steamed from their shipping packages. Message to regional managers: staff your stores well, it’s representative of your brand.
i LOVE this brand and always have such great client service whenever i visit their shops. the ability to shop while still in your own dressing room is so convenient. the innovated shopping experience they have achieved is inspiring (and appreciated)!
I love the brand and everything it stands for, especially the sustainability angle. Had a great experience shopping here. I could add clothes to try on via iPad in the change room, and the rooms were roomy. I even found my HG T-shirt.

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
