First of all, DO NOT believe any of these 1 star reviews! There's only one thing this shop is and that's perfect. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome. Every dress I tried on fit me well which was a big change from the other bridal gowns I'd tried on.
The customer service here is top notch!!! I was in town for a basketball tournament but was looking for something specific for my daughter for prom. I called and they were super nice and helpful. They offered to go out of their way to help me get the item in between games.
I never had my wedding dress cleaned after our wedding. It hung for over 10 years. I approached the team about a professional cleaning and wow was I impressed. The bottom was black and stained, I had doubts. When I recieved it the stains were gone and it was beautifully and professionally packaged.
I have to say I was kinda on the fence about going to a small business to find my dream wedding dress. I had certain details I was looking for in my dress. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
