I went into Saks to get a suit altered for an upcoming wedding and had such a great experience. Alona welcomed me right away and made me feel taken care of, then introduced me to Hilda who runs alterations. Hilda really knows her stuff when it comes to suits.
Love this place. I'm petite and it's a bit difficult to find my size but Saks carries many petite sizes in various brands. The place is bright, airy, easy to browse and has many sitting areas to rest. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Greeted with friendly knowledgeable associates in perfumes and was kindly directed to the handbags and eye wears on the 2nd floor and was informed that the men's section was on the 3rd floor.
We had an amazing experience with Irina Shreders at Saks Avenue Brickell city center . She helped us choose a unique perfume as a gift, and she was absolutely exceptional.
