We like the prices and selection. We don't like hearing about the clerk's troubles.
Wonderful place, amazing selection of truly comfortable shoes. Service is mixed, you may get someone who is fantastic at helping you find exactly what you need, or you may get someone who is pretty good but mostly have to look around and guess for yourself.
