Friendly, helpful & welcoming staff, clean & not crowded, and the clothes are beautiful! Talbott's is expensive in my view but they have awesome sales, especially if you use their credit card (which I do then immediately pay off). Many of my favorite clothes are from this store!
For classic clothing styles this is my 'go-to' store. The quality of materials/construction, consistency is sizing, and great Customer Service, make this the best value relative to other brands at this price point- in my experience.
The staff at Chelsea Square are terrific! They're friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable about more than just their products. They help you find what you'd like, with the addition of latest style advice. You'll be happy!

If you need specific sizes (tall lengths, extended necks, wide-width shoes), a quick call ahead saves the trip: stock in the far ends of the size run moves fast, and many stores can order your size even when it's not on the floor that day.
