I ran into Talbot's in a craze trying to find clothes for my Father-in-law's funeral which was going to be in the rain. I was exhausted and emotional. Greta Sharp helped me to pick out these very comfortable and cute clothes that I can still use. She even sent me a sympathy card.

They were very nice, polite and helpful. Had a return from an online order and the employee made sure I was treated fairly and helped me order the correct size. The inside of the store was very clean and well layer out, very inviting.

Huge store in Spring Hill, with lots of selection for Petites, Misses, and Plus sizes. Ask for DUVAL - she is really helpful in listening to what your own personal style and preferences are, suggests items accordingly, and even shows you where they are located in the store. All at your own pace and level of privacy.

Went to return an online purchase, was so easy. These ladies are very friendly, helpful but not pushy. I bought a cotton blouse, Talbots is the ONLY place I can find cotton quality blouses. I do not mind paying more because with a little care these blouses and tops last me thru more than one season.
