The sweetest staff! I recently went in to buy my mother in law a new jacket. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock and they were able to help by having the jacket I found which was out of stock in store, but shipped in her size to my home in Chicago.

The women here are beyond nice. They are extremely knowledgeable in the fit of their clothing pieces. They are very helpful in finding you the right match and fit for your personal style.

Friendly helpful staff. Great sale going on now too. Walked out with more than I planned and shocked at how little the bill was. Pays to have the Talbott card got me an extra 5% off the sale.

I hit the perfect time to shop and update my wardrobe as I was given what felt like 1:1 attention--yet no pushy sales clerks. Jodi primarily assists customers find their sizes and coordinating pieces, is wonderful to work with. And Susan who is a Sales Manger was also helpful and informative about upcoming promotions.
