Good variety of well made clothing and staff members are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They have good sales regularly,and if you need to order a different size or color you will still get the sale price. The return policy is generous.
Best Talbots location in the Detroit Metro area. They carry Misses, Petites and Plus sizes in this store. The ladies that work here are all very nice. Parking is easy in the rear with a back door store entrance.
I have developed a wonderful relationship with Victoria at the Somerset Talbots. I'm 67 and love most of their clothes. Some are too "old lady" for me. So I'm picky. I still find many misses size styles I love.
Amazing customer service. After the loss of my mother, they helped put a beautiful dress and coat together for her funeral. They were my other mother. Truly beautiful people. Thank you!
