I always order online so I had never been to the store. However, I had a return and was told I could just bring it in to the store. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the salespeople were so gracious and accommodating.
I've been a Talbots customer since 1991. I shop there almost exclusively because I'm very petite and I know the size 2P fits me perfectly. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Always a pleasure shopping at the Vestal store!
I was in the Vestal store last week to return something that didn’t work. Christine gave me such wonderful customer service without being pushy. She found me just what I was looking for plus a vest that I wore all weekend.
You guys should move to old Coldwater Creek, shoppes at Pierce Hill next to Chico's and Acacia. Business would increase due to walk in traffic from other clothiers! Just saying.
