I went here with my sister and mom for my sister to try on wedding dresses on Saturday, 12/13. Leah, the consultant, was absolutely amazing!! She listened to my sister and was so kind. She gave great suggestions. My sister ended up buying her dress and veil same day!
Twice I have been a part of a bride's search for the perfect dress and The White Room exceeded our expectations. From helping the bride find the perfect dress to joining in the joyous occasion. I cannot remember the young lady's name who helped us, it was the same one both times, but she is wonderful.
I got my senior prom dress there! I'm 18 and I've always had body image issues, but Lucy made me feel BEAUTIFUL in every dress I tried on, regardless of size or any of that. She is amazing and treated me like she was just one of my girlfriends and like I've known her my whole life.

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
