Ok I cant remember the last time I went into a shop and the salesgirl was that on point. For starters she greeted me, asked if I needed help, help me find sizes, offered to look on line, gave me options, informed me about the sales being offered, and mind u all the while she was helping other customers, answering…
Has clothes, under wear, shoes and jewelry that fits plus sizes. Friendly service and they offer coupons and rewards. Nice layout of the products.
I went to Torrid a few days before the Christmas holiday in search of something to wear to a company Christmas party feeling totally defeated. I walked into the Pearleidge location and was immediately greeted by the sales girls. They were absolutely great! I wish I had stopped there first!
Pricey? Yes. Welcoming staff and amazing customer service? YES. Comfortable fitting room experiences for us girlies? YES AGAIN. . Torrid blew me away with the interactions between staff and customers. Friendly, warm, self image-boosting! Overall, girl power to the max!
