I always feel so safe coming here and every employee is so kind and helpful. Plus the clothes look so great on me as a plus size person. After years of never finding clothes that fit me in regular stores, this store is a breath of fresh air and Im so glad i found it.
Went here to purchase bras on my break from work because my underwire broke and the ladies here were so helpful! They let me pay for the one i was about to use and even helped me find the ones that were on sale so i could get the best price. Also shout to Jenna(Jennifer?) Moore!
Phenomenal customer service in the Augusta Mall today. Those sweet ladies never let you feel alone or feel like you aren't able to find anything. They are always letting you know that they are there to help. Clean atmosphere. The Store is not too crowded with so much merchandise it's hard to move around.
This has easily became my favorite store quickly! I love their online shop and I love going to the store! Every time I've been to the store the employees are always so nice and extremely helpful! I absolutely love Torrid! Decent prices for quality clothes that are always super cute!!
