I love most of their clothes and staff is friendly, but sometimes the way they rush, packing your clothes out the door leaves awkward creases and dents. They usually don't fold the clothes nicely just wrap and toss in the bag.
Been going here for the past three years with my wife. She's become friends with the staff because they all take the time to know you and talk to you because your opinions and questions matter to them. No other stores have done that with my wife. For that very reason, I rate Torrid in Brentwood a 5 out if 5.
The ladies working were extremely helpful while helping me pic a swimsuit and offered their honest opinions when asked. I walked out with two swimsuits that fit great and look good. I would definitely return to this store.
Friendly accomadating staff, nonjudgmental regardless of your size, very helpful. Is expensive but that's just the torrid brand. Always have good sales and a well stocked discount section.
