Dear Torrid, I had to pick up an order tonight that I was excited to receive. The jeans omg— they are super comfy with a stretchy waist! Love them. But what’s even better was the service in the store. The ladies were fantastic!
Haven’t been here in years- not great with fashion and am usually happy with black tees and whatever. However- getting sick of that. Got there kind of late, a little after 7. Staff was extremely helpful and nice and did not rush me.
I called in and the customer service was exceptional! I was looking for a dress for the military party and was told whenever ready to come to the store to be sized. I went to Torrid and the girls were sweet, professional and went above and beyond to make it an experience!!
I randomly stopped in to Torrid yesterday and was immediately engaged in friendly interaction with a beautiful Staff named Amber. She was so outgoing and friendly..... she pointed out the terrific sales items and we briefly discussed Keto. The store is lucky to have her, and the Manager was so personable as well.
