I called the Cedar Hill store looking for a particular size in a dress I found online and Stormy went out of her way to help me locate this dress for my daughter's first home coming formal. She was kind energetic and eager to assist. I can tell she loves her job, I can here the smile in her voice. Thank you.
This was my first time at Torrid. My daughter said she'd heard they have amazing jeans, so we went to check them out. Their jeans are definitely amazing, and so is their staff! The ladies that work there are friendly and helpful, which made shopping there even more wonderful.
Awesome store, great customer service. Love coming to this particular store to get the clothes as the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to give you an honest opinion about an outfit you try on. I always leave with a smile on my face.
