Very helpful and kind staff! As someone with body dysphoria, I struggle a lot with talking about my body shape and they have always been super helpful and nice to me. Love how great their selection of items are for us top heavy girls. So thankful for this location being in such a prime spot!
What can I say? Torrid is my store!!! I needed a great deal of help for an outfit for my Sister/Cousin’s Birthday. Andy helped me BEAUTIFULLY!! She was knowledgeable, professional, fun, and so reassuring!!! She found for me EXACTLY what I needed!! I look forward to to my next visit!!
Sales people helpful. One over shared... told me she was wearing her mom's bra... awkward. It was frustrating that she pointed me to the Christmas pajamas, but failed to note they were all regular sizes when I am clearly a plus size. So I didn't even bother looking further.
Had the best experience at this Torrid location! There were two employees that were so helpful and friendly! I've been shopping at Torrid for over 15 years now and I always find clothes I just have to buy! Best selection of stylish clothes for us full figure ladies!
