I had the best shopping experience at this torrid location. Nyx was so helpful and respectful. She made me feel welcome as soon as I walk into the store. Made sure I knew all the deals and helped me fine stuff that fit my style.
Went here a few days ago and had the most wonderful experience! It’s not always easy to find clothing that will flatter my body type. This day in particular I was blessed to meet the most knowledgeable, patient and friendly sales associate by the name of Yasmin. She is a total gift to Torrid.
I'm normally so nervous shopping because I have a body type that can be hard to dress. Yasmin was incredible at hyping me up, picking out things for me to try, and even helping me order things that weren't in store in my size but could be shipped. The whole experience was awesome and I will absolutely be back!
Huge selection of clearance priced quality plus size clothing. Yasmin was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She was incredibly encouraging and even helped me pick out some beautiful pieces. Top tier customer service, and a lovely personality. Will absolutely be back when I visit the area again!
