I just want to thank Q and Lisa for helping me out in a pinch! I needed a date night dress for my birthday outing, and not only did they find EXACTLY what wanted, they let me know I had Torrid cash!!! 🤣 They are awesome! I was hot when I came in, and they even shared the fan! TOP TIER customer service!
Selena was a absolute gem of an associate, but everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. She helped me figure out my size and provided me options to try out when I wasn't sure what else I should get. I left feeling glad I went after gathering the courage to go. They are TRANS FRIENDLY!
I came in today and left out two amazing bras when I thought I was just going in to pick up an order. The employee Mia helped me out a bunch and went above and beyond for me today! She was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She even gave me some suggestions about my bra sizing.
Just wanted to leave a review because it truly was amazing to have such a good experience. Not only are the clothes,bras,lingerie amazing looks wise and quality but the staff is truly awesome! Love how kind and inviting. I felt so welcome and comfortable. Keep being great!
