The women working here were super nice and helped me look for items in my online cart to try on in store. Even offered to size me for a new bra when I memtioned being postpartum and unsure of current size. Had to rush out due to a crying baby but will definitely be back!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Even though the store wasn't that busy, staff were keeping busy making the store in order. I appreciated an associate who checked in on me gave me a great run down of the sale going on that day.

The manager I believe that’s who it was... was fabulous! So helpful! Knew her product and inventory, which is helpful when your visiting a place for the first time. Plus they have fans in the fitting rooms when you’ve tried on too much, and get heat flashes! Lol! This is a great store, a lot of variety.

Torrid customer service is usually average to decent, but this location was the best I've experienced. It was my first time at that location, I usually go to the one in Frisco or Plano, since it's closer to my home, but some how I inputted the wrong location in the GPS and was routed here since I was already out.
