The staff is super friendly. This store is made for the real women of the world. Great selection and great price. The online shopping is just as great as the instore experience.

This might be my favorite store. I often visit the store in grapevine but I think I'll be switching locations. The ladies inside the store were upbeat and extremely helpful. I have NEVER purchased a bra from torrid, and let's face it if you're top-heavy, trying on bras is exhausting!

I had a last minute business meeting to attend, and I was prepared to wander the store aimlessly trying to find a business professional outfit.

I recently visited the store and was very impressed with the cleanliness, especially in the dressing rooms. Unlike other stores where I've noticed dust and hair that left my clothes dirty, this store was very clean. A special shoutout to Claudia, who was incredibly informative and patient.
