Love the diverse selection of items at this store! Love that they have free store pick up and a discount when you pick up. The staff are always kind and eager to help you. I like that they are adhering to the CDC guidelines and limiting the number of people in the store and have plexi glass up.
I can find the things I like and know that fit nearly every time I walk in. Torrid really makes an effort to fit and flatter nearly any curvy gal. I don't like going to most other department stores for the embarrassment and frustration of not finding things that fit and flatter my figure.
The staff at this store are amazing! Being a clueless man, they were extremely accommodating in pointing me in the right direction and ensuring that I did the right thing for Valentine's Day! They were not pushy and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing ANYTHING about women's clothing!
I always have a good shopping experience here. The ladies that work there are kind, funny and professional. This place has very stylish clothes for bigger sizes. Some may say it's a lil pricey, but I buy things that I really like and the clothes last for some time.
