Friendly and helpful staff. Found some amazing deals and even tho they told us what the sale was when we walked it, I was still shocked at my total. Is was half what I was expect! So much fun getting much needed clothes and saving a ton of money at the same time.

Love this store. The ladies are always super kind and helpful and just go the extra mile to make sure you find what you want. Especially if they don't have your size in stock. They can order it for you to the store or your house for you.

The ladies at this store are INCREDIBLE!!! I have been on a serious weight journey thos year filled with surgeries, cancer & weight loss. They know me by name & sizes im getting into & are always so helpful & supportive! It is not just an errand to go there its a delightful experience with new girlfriends!

First of all I love the clothes at Torrid, they are a bit pricey in my opinion but they have unique items and sales! However the jeans are worth every penny! And the ladies at the Alliance location are SO NICE and ALWAYS HELPFUL!! I'm a regular customer!
