The ladies here are very nice I've never had a problem coming here. I like the fact that there plus size ladies working at this location. I feel that they understand more of what I am looking for and what my needs are in regards to clothing.

I absolutely love shopping at the Torrid store in Frederick! The biggest reason is the incredible team—Hanna, Cami, Hailey, and Stephanie are all amazing. They’re genuinely helpful, super positive, and just so much fun to shop with. Every visit feels like a great experience.

Geneva and Victoria don't play fair! They're magic genies I tell you! I went in for one outfit for my birthday and they not only showed me several but also helped me style them. I had to to narrow my choices down to two outfits and leave the others behind, which nearly broke my heart.
