Torrid

One of my fave stores! Love this location, friendly staff, always clean, everything is nice & neat. I got fitted for a new bra bc I lost 100 lbs and the girl was very helpful and sweet. I'm a clearance shopper, so I love the back where the deals are!

I went to Torrid for the first time yesterday! I just want to say that the staff is so kind, so welcoming, and provide a phenomenal environment and experience. I can’t quite remember the lady’s name but her name starts with a B. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a store.

Please extend the hours, especially on weekends! Not opening until 11am on Saturday loses you many customers - there are folks checking the doors by 10am. This location is quite small. No swimwear or other 'specialty' items, but decent size fitting area.

I went in for a bra fitting and Brianna was SO helpful. She listened to what I want in and like about a bra then helped me find ones that checked off my boxes. She was really sweet and patient. Robin and Liz were friendly too.
