I love to go here and shop for my wife. My wife is not a victoria secret small in size but, she is still beautiful. This store is for regular sized women who have a hard time finding clothes their size. My wife and I shopped here for the first time and it was a great experience. Staff was super helpful and kind.

As a newly trans woman I could not have had a better experience. The staff were so welcoming and accepting, and made a uncomfortable/awkward situation feel easy and natural. The friendliest ladies you'll meet if you are willing to just start talking. They helped me find what I was looking for and a little more.

I had a great experience at Torrid, the manager helped me and fitted me. She was so kind and very thorough, gave me so much help and information, she is the best version of who you hope you get when you need help.
