Cared for. comfortable and confident! Great first impressions as I walked in the door. I'm sure I was just one of many patrons that walked in that day but the level of care I received was beyond exceptional. To start, I was greeted as soon as they say me, with an immediate offer to aid me in my needs.
They are awesome in there especially the manager Katie she goes out of her way to help you find whatever you want . All of the employees are very helpful. It's always very clean and organized in there I will always buy from them .
I love Torrid but the store is tiny!!! That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I've always shopped online with them and had the orders delivered to my apartment but I had something to return and didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping it back.
