My husband and I went to Torrid for the first time on Black Friday. Even though the store was busy, we were greeted as soon as we entered and asked if we needed help finding anything. I needed to be fitted for a bra. I was taken back immediately and given a nice sized dressing room.
My online order arrived at the store in a timely manner and they were able to find my clothing items in minutes. The customer service was excellent! I was well informed of the sales and discounts available to me. Pretty much everyone is prequalified for the $500 Torrid credit card.
Today my mom and I walked into Torrid we were greeted right away by a very lovely lady named Patricia. I loved her outfit for one and for two she gave us all the sales info for the day which was a mouthful for sure but she delivered this information to us with a lot of grace and welcomed us in beautifully we…
Came in today to replace a pair of jeans that were ripping. After trying a few pairs that were on the rack and not fitting the way I wanted, Lauren went to the back and found me the perfect pair. What made this trip even more fabulous was that they (a $70 pair) rang up for under $6!! Thank you Ladies!!!!!
