i moved from california 6 months ago to indiana. i’ve been in DESPERATE need of new bras but been putting it off for months. i finally bought a couple online yesterday & did an in store pick up to find out when i got home they were too tight & small.
I cannot think of a single time that I have left this store unhappy. Shopping as a big girl can be a frustrating experience, but I have never left here not being able to get good fitting, quality clothes here, and the staff has been friendly & helpful upon every visit!
I went yesterday evening and I wanted to say that Abby was a huge help with finding what I needed. She was attentive and diligent, and I got exactly was I was looking for. The person who checked me out was also wonderful, but the receipt didn't have her name.
I had an awesome experience at Torrid today! The ladies handled my return and price matched for me. Thank you!!
