Torrid

I recently stayed at the coast for a few days and went into the Lincoln City location, customer service was great and the assistance in the dressing room personable! I had to make a return for an item but lost my receipt.

I give high stars for the friendly staff. The prices are just outrageous. Plus a lot of the clothing it's self isn't flattering for most shapes. I always have to buy in between sizes no matter what size I'm in at that time. It's really frustrating. I often wonder how most of these styles are worn by regular people.

This is a really nice store with very helpful employees. A lot of choices but some sizes are hard to find. Prices are high unless you can find a special or have coupons. It is easy to find and located in an outlet mall but is not an outlet. Plenty of parking and an area that feels and looks safe and clean.

I do have to admit I am saddened by the turn Torrid its self has taken. I have been wearing primarily Torrid clothing for the last 20 years. I have countless times had something important to attend and I’ve always been able to run into torrid quickly and leave satisfied.
